Join us for a festive celebration as we reflect on the year that was, share stories, reconnect with old friends, and meet new ones. The Women of Sport Christmas Luncheon - presented by Hyundai, is a perfect opportunity for the WA sports industry to come together and make a difference this holiday season.
On the day, guests will have the exciting opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win an exquisite 14K Rose Gold, Mixed Coloured Sapphire, and Diamond Line Bracelet valued at $22,000.
All raffle proceeds will directly support Worthy Australia, a Perth based charity providing life-changing post-crisis support to women and children who have experienced homelessness due to domestic violence.

Mental Health Month | Spotlight Series
|
SportWest were excited to talk to Masters Swimming WA about their vision for a mentally healthy society through their Masters Swimming communities.
Masters Swimming WA is partnering with the mental health charity, Men’s Talk to run a Swim for Life virtual challenge from late October to the end of November. The Challenge allows for master’s members and the wider community to
have fun and stay active while fundraising for mental health initiatives.
Over the 4 weeks, participants will log their laps on the Men’s Talk platform which will tally distances to work out our champion clubs. Prizes will be available for clubs and individuals who swim the furthest or fundraise the most. Most importantly, the event is highlighting the importance of mental health, reducing stigma and supporting a worthy cause.
Rhys King, Masters Swimming WA Executive Officer had this to say about everything coming up.
“Masters Swimming WA is excited to partner with Men’s Talk to host this event for our clubs, raising awareness and supporting vital mental health initiatives. Our clubs create welcoming environments that promote both the physical and mental well-being of adult swimmers of all ages, and this event offers a chance to further build on that positive work. We look forward to seeing how this collaboration will grow and align with MSWA’s mission to foster positive mental health through sport.
