Million Moves | Can you complete 75 moves a day for 21 days?
We are excited to be part of Million Moves, a statewide physical activity campaign designed to get more Australians moving and feeling great! We are encouraging every staff member and their friends, family and communities to complete 75 moves a day for 21 days, starting on the 1st of September.
Why 75 moves for 21 days? 75 represents the alarming statistic that 75% of Australians don’t meet the recommended physical activity guidelines. 21 days is the time it takes to build a consistent healthy habit. Your daily moves can be anything: big or small, seated or standing, high energy or low impact. It’s about finding what works for your body. |
